Hotel was perfect and very clean. Just a 5-minute stroll to the center.

Greatly enjoyed it. We had fantastic breakfast and a pleasant stay overall. When we came, the host met us and was friendly. The place is a few steps away from Toccoa downtown.

Even the Athens-Ben Epps airport was not so far. We greatly enjoyed simmons-bond inn. The hotel of choice in Toccoa. The location was near to everything we wanted to do.
